I. Application
The SC(B)9-30~2500 epoxy resin cast dry-type power transformer is manufactured with high-quality materials, scientific formulas, advanced testing equipment, and strict production processes. This product features high reliability and a long service life. Depending on the actual operating environment, it can be equipped with enclosures of different protection classes or used without an enclosure. It serves as an upgraded replacement for oil-immersed transformers and is suitable for important or special environment sites such as high-rise buildings, commercial centers, airports, tunnels, chemical plants, nuclear power plants, and ships.
The product’s application conditions comply with the national standard GB 1094 *Power Transformers*.
II. Product Features
- The iron core is made of high-quality cold-rolled grain-oriented silicon steel sheets, adopting a fully mitred seam lamination structure.
- The low-voltage winding adopts a foil-wound structure and is made of high-quality copper foil; the high-voltage winding features a multi-section layer structure and is formed by epoxy resin vacuum casting.
- Safe, fireproof, and pollution-free, it can operate directly in load centers.
- High mechanical strength, strong short-circuit resistance, minimal partial discharge, good thermal stability, high reliability, and a long service life.
- Low loss, low noise, significant energy-saving effect, and maintenance-free operation.
- Excellent heat dissipation performance and strong overload capacity; its capacity can be increased when forced air cooling is applied.
- Good moisture resistance, enabling operation in harsh environments.
- Can be equipped with a comprehensive temperature monitoring and protection system. It adopts an intelligent signal temperature control system, which can automatically monitor and cyclically display the operating temperature of each of the three-phase windings, automatically start and stop fans, and is equipped with functions such as alarm and trip.
